アイ・ピース株式会社が取り扱う個人情報の利用目的は、下表の通りです。（※）が付された個人情報については、保有個人データとして、当社に対して利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正、追加または削除、利用の停止、消去および第三者への提供の停止のご請求をおこなうことができます。

（７）保有個人データの安全対策
当社が取扱う保有個人データの安全管理措置に関する内容は下記の通りです。
組織的安全管理措置
・個人情報の取り扱いに関する責任者を設置するとともに、個人情報を取り扱う従業者
及び当該従業者が取り扱う個人情報の範囲を明確化し、法や取扱規定に違反している事実又は兆候を把握した場合の責任者への報告体制を整備しています。・個人情報の取扱状況について、年１回（又は必要に応じて適宜）内部監査を実施します
人的安全管理措置
・個人情報の取扱いに関する留意事項について、従業者に定期的な研修を実施しています・個人情報についての秘密保持に関する事項を入社時の秘密保持契約に記載し秘密保持につとめています
物理的安全管理措置
・個人情報の書類を管理する保管場所には施錠をおこない、権限を有しない者による個
人情報の閲覧を防止する措置を講じています。
技術的安全管理措置
・個人情報を取扱うシステム（端末・データ）については、アクセス制御を実施しており、担当者及び取り扱う個人情報の範囲を限定する措置を講じています・個人情報を取扱う情報システムは、外部からの不正アクセス又は不正ソフトウエアから保護する仕組みを導入しています。
３．個人情報の開示等のご請求に応じる手続き
当社は個人情報の利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止、消去または第三者への提供停止のご請求および個人情報に関する苦情・ご相談については、個人情報お問い合わせ窓口（電話：075-746-5365）にて承ります。ただし、ご請求いただいた個人情報につき、法令等の規定により個人情報を開示できない場合や当社の保管期間を過ぎた場合については、お客様の個人情報の利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止、消去、または第三者への提供停止に応じることができませんのでご了承ください。
個人情報の開示等をご請求される皆さまは、個人情報お問合せ申請書をダウンロードし、必要事項をご記入の上下記住所までご送付ください。
